WINONA, Minn. – Southeast Tech opens its new associate nursing degree program in Red Wing and Winona in the fall. The deadline to apply is May 1, the college announced. The program is designed to prepare students to take the NCLEX exam to be credentialed as registered nurses. Students who have completed pre-requisite classes are eligible. Other prospective students need to demonstrate essential academic proficiency.
