WINONA, Minn. — Police said they pulled over a Wisconsin driver, Peighton Rose Agamaite, 18, of Pulaski, who was weaving over the center line near Fifth and Center street downtown. Then, officers said, they figured out why: Her blood tested at 0.10% alcohol. They took her in and prepared documents that charged driving while intoxicated The arrest was about 11:30 p.m.
