MINNEAPOLIS – A Rochester man pleaded guilty in federal court as the kingpin in a southeast Minnesota meth ring. The plea of Jerry Lee Milliken, 40, was only to one count of meth possession, although he is described in court documents as the ringleader in a large-scale operation based in Rochester with a meth pipeline from Kansas City and sub-distributors through southeast Minnesota. Because of previous drugs and weapons convictions, Milliken faces life in prison. His rap sheet includes illegal weapons and stolen goods charges n 2020 in Wabasha.
Sidekick
A second defendant in the Milliken case, Aaron Raymond Dombovy, 30, pleaded guilty the day before. He had been active in the St. Cloud area. He served prison time for drugs and weapons and escaped twice, in 2020 and 2021.
