GALESVILLE, Wis. – County police stopped 40 cars in at drug interdiction pull-over sites. With K-9s Luke, Javy and Zar, they arrested three out-of-towners. Arrested were:

> Kayla M. Rach, 34, of La Crosse, for methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia possession and a probation hold She was stopped at 2:47 p.m.

> Nicholas E. Zumberge, 33, of Columbia Heights, a north Minneapolis suburb, as under the influence of a restricted substance and in possession of marijuana. The stop was at 4:27 p.m.

> David Joseph Hovis, 20, of Minneapolis, on multiple drug charges and an outstanding warrant for armed robbery. He first gave a false. name and attempted to conceal a “large amount of suspected methamphetamine, deputies said. The arrest was at 10:38 p.m.
