WINONA, Minn. — A trucker reported that a semi-truck en route through the Far West End had been splatted by a paintball gun pellet. The driver told police the incident probably occurred in the Maplewood neighborhood near Fifth and Pelzer streets. Police were notified about 4:50 p.m.
