JANESVILLE, Wis. – President Trump delivered an unscripted and rambling speech to thousands of enthusiastic supporters at the Janesville airport. There weren’t any policy pronouncements but lots grievances alleging he was being picked on and disadvantaged. Many supporters had to park 2-12/2 miles way at Blackhawk Technical College and take shuttle buses. Trump staffers distributed face masks and required them to ride the buse. At the rally, however, masks were tucked away— or thrown away. There was no social distancing.
