WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Joshua Lee Fox, 44, was arrested on a domestic assault complaint that he pulled the victim’s hair and pushed her face. The complaint also alleged that threw objects at her. The arrest was about 11:50 p.m. in an apartment on the 1100 block of Sugar Loaf Road.
