KELLOGG, Minn. – A Lake City teen-ager was injured when a vehicle in which she was a passenger struck a cow just west of Kellogg. Injured was Raegan Marie Hoffman, 14. She was taken seven miles to the Wabasha hospital. Her injuries were non-life threatening, said Wabasha County deputies. Driving was Bridget Marie Hoffman, 41, of Lake City. She was unhurt. The accident was about 8:50 p.m. at the 170th Avenue intersection. The Hoffmans were in a 2010 GMC Yukon.
