HOMER, Minn. – One vehicle slid into another on snow-covered Highway 61, the impact forcing the second vehicle into the ditch, where it overturned. The driver of one vehicle, Matthew James Anderson, 33, of Winona, was injured. The driver of the vehicle that overturned, Alex Scott Knutson, 23, of Minnesota City, was unhurt. Both vehicles were southbound about two miles south of Winona. The collision occurred about 11 p.m. The State Patrol said it was a 1994 Chevrolet tuck that first lost control and a 2008 Chevrolet Impala that overturned.
