WINONA, Minn. — A man called the sheriff’s office to report being scammed by a guy who offered hm an Apple Watch $175. The man had few clues except that, when he contacted PayPal for a refund, he learned that the seller probably was from Louisiana. Apple Watches retail for $175 to $1,200.
