ROCHESTER, Minn. — A bright blue and crisp morning drew out balloonists for perfect flitting over the landscape, but one pilot found the air less than perfect. The balloon was caught in dead air and, well, the rest is history. The balloon came down in a driveway in the 1000 block of Third Avenue Southeast. No injuries in the basket. No injuries on the ground. The only damage was ripped fabric as the craft deflated. The solution: A good seamstress.
