WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man, Christopher James Ozmun, 38, was arrested after a report that he had been in a backyard where he was under a court order not to be. The arrest was about 12:10 a.m. in the 150 block of Mankato Avenue on the East End. Police recommended a charge of violating a court order.
