WINONA. Minn. – Co-Vid infections reached 4,077 in Winona County with five new cases, the Minnesota Department of Health reported. All were teenagers or young adults — one in the 15 to 19 range, four 20 to 24. No new COVID-19-related deaths were reported, leaving the pandemic total at 48.
