WINONA, Minn. – When sheriff’s deputy Nicholas Darrell Skree showed up for work in the morning, he found himself arrested. Skree, 35, was wanted in Fillmore County on a domestic assault complaint in Rushford. Sheriff Ron Ganrude took Skree’s badge and ordered him held until Fillmore County deputies could pick him up.
