LACROSSE, Wis. – A new storm system will move into the region Tuesday, followed by a polar plunge later in the week. The National weather Service forecast the severest weather Tuesday south of Interstate 90. across southern Minnesota and into Wisconsin. Then comes the cold front Wednesday followed by a low-pressure with gusts of 40 to 50 mph. Through all of this, yes, there will be snow although, thank goodness, not much. Daytime highs will be mostly around 40 into the weekend. Easter Sunday: Mostly cloudy with winds around 14 mph from the north-northwest.
