WINONA, Minn. — A Winona woman, Sarah Anne Jorgensen, 39, was arrested downtown after a man showed up at the emergency room with a knife wound. Jorgenson was taken into custody on the 150 block of East Third Street. The arrest was about 12:45 p.m. She may face charges of second-degree assault and domestic assault, police said.
