WINONA, Minn. – Access to campus buildings at Winona State University is being limited because of a shortage of cleaning supplies. The university’s finance vice president, Scott Ellinguysen, said the university is unable to secure concrete delivery dates for future shipments of cleaning supplies. Minimizing access will help maintain sanitation, he said, Most employees have access only 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays.
