WINONA, Minn. – Winona State University added 26 CIVID-pos cases to its campus count for the week ending November 15. There were 22 cases the previous week. These latest numbers leave the university at the yellow Level 2, which indicates a medium risk of trsansmission on a four-level scale. Other data:
