Ann Jorgensen, 36, was cited for violating a harassment restraining order in the 650 block of Washington Street. The protected person told police that Jorgenson had sent a text message to his mother, which violated a court order. Jorgenson admitted to sending the message, police said. The initial report was about 5 p.m.
