WINONA, Minn. – The Winona Family YMCA closed to in-person activities Friday evening to comply with Governor Tim Walz’ executive order that requires gyms and health facilities dial back for four weeks. The Y’s virtual programming will continue, said Janneke Sobeck, executive director. So too will child care.
