WILSON, Minn. — A Winona man Dale Lynn Amundson, 62, driving on County Road 12 about 6:50 p.m. failed to signal a turn. Deputies stopped him and found two other issues. One: His driver license had been revoked. Two: The blood coursing through his veins was carrying .18% alcohol. Deputies didn’t bother with a stop-sign ticket. They took him to jail.
