WINONA, Minn. – A Dover man whose job vanished in the CoVid pandemic and who went back to school at Minnesota State College Southeast has been named a Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise scholar. Alex Young will receive a $1,000 scholarship. He had worked in sales for several years before his position was downsized. At Southeast he is studying computer networking and plans io continue at a four-year university.
