ROCHESTER, Minn. – A power welder weighing 400 pounds was stolen off a work truck in the High Forest neighborhood southwest of Rochester. Missing: A Miller Trailblazer 325 EF valued at $10,000. Sheriff’s investigators said that surveillance video showed two men in a dark pickup unbolting the welder from the truck a little before 3 a.m. This was in the 2700 block of Highway 63 North in High Forest Township.
