WHITEHALL, Wis. – Bond of $100,000 was set for an Independence man accused of robbing an Arcadia convenience store at gunpoint. At the bond hearing Judge Rian Radtkeinformed Michael William Andre, 34, that he faces four charges, including armed robbery. The judge reminded Andre about a misdemeanor charge of bail-jumping. Andre was arrested a few minutes after the robbery. In the get get-way car, police said, was $100 from the robbery.
