WINONA, Minn. – A Kwik Trip shopper reported $200 cash was taken from his car parked outside. This about 9:15 p.m. at the store at Mankato Avenue and Broadway Street. The man told police he had locked the car but inadvertantly may unlocked the doors remotely from inside the store. Missing from a center console were four $50 bills, he said.
