LACROSSE, Wis. – The past year was the 10th warmest in the region’s history, the National Weather service reported. The average temperature was 49.6 degrees — 2.3 degrees above normal. The year was also dry. Total rainfall was30.82 inches – 2.24 below normal.

> Most rain: 1.98 inches on August 31.
