PLAINVIEW, Minn. – A tornado rated at EF-1touched down Wednesday night southeast of Plainview and headed northeast across County Road E near Beaver Creek and onward over County Road 27. It was on the ground four miles. Trees, farm buildings and sheds were damaged, some the roofs peeled up. Mostly the tornado’s course paralleled State Huhway27 but about two miles off to the east.
