NODINE, Minn. — Deputies arrested a Wisconsin man, Jonathan Edward Langston, 31, of Holmen, whose car supposedly had broken down near the Nodine Interstate 90 ramp. A breath test found his blood was 0.11% alcohol – enough for a charge of driving while intoxicated. The arrest was about 1:45 a.m
