WINONA, Minn. – The Otto Bremer Trust designated $50,000 to Minnesota State College Southeast to help the college meet basic needs pf low-income students. Marsha Danielson, Southeast Tech president, said that 77% of Tech’s students are eligible for federal Pell grants, which she said suggests a high level of need. The Bremer grant was part of $12 million in new grants divided among 210 organizations in Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.
