AUSTIN, Minn. – A Sioux Falls teenager accused of a drug-related murder in Austin was arraigned and ordered held on $500,000 bond. Miquel Nunez, 18.was captured July 8 in Sioux Falls – three days after the shooting death of David Harris, 45, in his home. In the criminal complaint, Austin police said Nunez was in a group seeking to buy marijuana. The complaint offered these details: Nunez e pulled a gun and threatened to shoot everybody if they didn’t hand over all of the drugs in the home. A struggle ensued. In the commotion Harris came out of as bedroom and was shot. Harris shot back and wounded Nunez, who dropped his gun and fled.
