WINONA, Minn. — A thief stole $5,800 cash from the office at the old Bub’s bar and grill downtwn on East Fourth Street. Although Bub’s has been out of business since August, the office is staffed part-time to collect rents from upstarrs tenants and to handle remaining business matters. The owner discovered the theft about 1 p.m. and called police. Police began a review of surveillance video.
