WINONA, Minn. – Eileen Marie (Vogel) Rodriguez, 64, of Winona and formerly of Middletown, Connecticut, died at Gundersen hospital in La Crosse. She worked many years as a d support professional for the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services. Following her retirement, she moved to Winona to help her parents.
