WASHINGTON — The final Morning Consult poll before Election Day had former Vice President Joe Biden 9 points ahead of President Trump in Minnesota. The poll was conducted October 29 to 31. The margin of error: 4%. The question put to 1,109 likely voters: “If the November 2020 presidential election were being held today, for whom would you vote?”
