WINONA, Minn. – The Schneider Heating & Plumbing shop, a frequent burglary target, has been struck again. Police were called about 9 a.m. to the Schneider’s for old air-conditioners being disassembled for a trash pick-up. Copper tubing in AC units is a magnet for thieves with black-market connections. This was at the industrial stub of Harvester Street on the West Side.
