EYOTA, Minn. – A westbound car slid on ice and snow on Interstate 90, went into the median and struck a car in the oncoming lanes. The driver of the second car, a 2011 Nissan Xterra, Carl John Henden, 55, of Viroqua, Wisconsin, suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the other car,a 2007 Ford Five 500, Nicholas Ronald Moder, 24, of Rochester, was unhurt. The accident was about 7 p.m.
