WILSON, Minn. – A wrong-way driver in a small car ran into an oncoming 18-wheeler on Interstate 90 and was injured . This was near the Houston exit ramps. The driver, Isauro Itehua Isauro, 27, of Altura, was taken 17 miles to the Winona hospital. His injuries appeared non-life threatening. A Winona County deputy at the scene said alcohol was a factor. The collision was about 10:50 p.m. The 2010 Ford Edge was eastbound in the westbound lanes, the deputy said. The truck, driven by Kelvin Oghenekaro Alakpa, 39, of Plainfield, Illinois, was headed west toward Rochester. He was unhurt.
