WINONA, Minn. — A person in the 300 residential block of Cummings Street, near the old Saint Teresa campus, reported that a door to a vacant house next door was open. Police found nobody inside but determined that someone had been sleeping there. The owner of was notified. The report came to police about 3 p.m.
