DRESBACH, Minn. – Separate car crashes blocked Interstate 90 near the Wisconsin border. One crash stopped westbound traffic entering Minnesota. This was in the spaghetti interchange near Lock and Dam 7. The other crash, near Dakota, stopped eastbound traffic heading into Wisconsin between Exit 270 and Exit 272. An ambulance was called, but the regional State Patrol headquarters in Rochester didn’t log injury details. The first accident was about 12:55 p.m., the other a few minutes later.
