WINONA, Minn. – A Hudson, Wisconsin, man, Enrique Corazon DeLeon, 19, was ticketed for a noisy gathering on the 50 residential block of West Broadway. Police estimated 30 revelers were at the house when they arrived about 12:45 a.m. The partiers agreed to leave for the night, police said.
