LEWISTON Minn. – An Altura man, Urbano Zacarias Tepole, age 31, who has a rural address, was arrested at the Kwik Trip and charged with drunken driving. Lewiston police made the arrrest about 10:30 a.m. Other charges: Giving officers a false name and driving with a revoked license.
