MINNEISKA, Minn. – A Wabasha police officer, Kenneth Edwin Jacobs, 29, was injured when he hit ice between Kellogg and Minneiska and left Highway 61. He was taken to the Wabasha hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Jacobs was driving a 2015 Ford Explorer squad car southbound en route to an accident about 9:20 p.m.
