WINONA Minn. – Twelve days after recovering from coronavirus, Vera Mueller, age 104, died at the Sauer nursing home. She was believed to be the oldest person in the nation to survive the virus. Her son Bob said she was exhausted from the bout, which was diagnosed March 23. She was quarantined 14 days with oxygen for pneumonia and acetaminophenfor fever. Once the virus broke, on April 6, she returned to her room.
