DRESBACH Minn. — A Trempealeau woman was arrested going the wrong way on Interstate 90 twice in a six-hour period. After the second stop, near Dresbach, Tamela Marie Lucero, age 57, of Trempealeau, was taken 22 miles to the Winona hospital for a blood draw. Further charges will hinge on blood tests that typically take a few days to complete. Six hours earlier, about 7:30 p.m. elsewhere on I-90, another sheriff’s deputy stopped Lucerne, also going the wrong way, and moved her off right-of-way. Not seeing impairment signs that would warrant an arrest, this deputy turned the case over to a State Patrol trooper who arrived as back-up.
