MADISON, Wis. – Flags in Wisconsin will be at half-staff Saturday to honor an emergency medical technician who died from coronavirus, Governor Tony Evers ordered. Kelly Raether, 42, who taught nursing at Carroll University in Waukesha, died November 26. She was exposed in October in the line of duty for the Ixonia Fire Department in Jefferson County.
