ZUMBRO FALLS, Minn. — A rural woman, Mary Tesmer, 34, died of a gunshot wound Saturday at a house several miles upriver from Zumbro Falls. Deputies were called about 11 p.m. Attempts to revive Tesmer failed. Wabasha County deputies cordoned off the driveway. Sheriff Rodney Bartsh called in the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. An autopsy was ordered. Bartsch said no arrests have been made.
