WINONA, Minn. — Southeast Tech has donated medical equipment from its simulation labs to medical facilities treating coronavirus patients. Jennifer Eccles, dean of health, said 10 hospital beds, eight nightstands, 29 pairs of goggles and 3,000 gloves have gone to the Winona hospital. Ten hospital beds, six nightstands, eight swing bed trays and six IV poles have gone to to a Mayo Clinic outpost in Red Wing. In addition, 68 masks were donated to Winona County. The supplies had been used for teaching at Tech’s Winona and Red Wing campuses before classes were suspended because of the virus.
