MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. — Winona County deputies posted a bulletin for the next shift for a domestic assault arrest. Sought was a Minnesota City man. A woman reported about 6:10 p.m. that she had. been struck. The man, she said, had left. Deputies said the woman had minor injuries that constituted probable cause although not medical attention. The incident was at a Minnesota Street address.
