WARRENS, Wis. — The man killed in an Interstate 94 crash Monday night was from Beloit, Wisconsin, the State Patrol reported belatedly. Duane Zaugg, age 68, died when his pickup was struck from behind and rolled several times. He was unbelted, troopers said. The other driver was Lacey Georgeson, age 21, of Warrens. Georgeson was taken a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The second vehicle also rolled several times. Troopers believe alcohol was a factor.
