WINONA, Minn. — A Lewiston man wasn’t supposed to be driving was stopped driving and arrested. Jason Thomas Peshon, age 52, was stopped on the far side of the Interstate Bridge to Wisconsin. Police said Peshon acknowledged not having a license. Further: He was driving without an iignitn lock that had been ordered by a judge because of a drunken driving record. The arrest was about 6:45 p.m. on State Highway 43 near Latsch Island Road.
