ST. PAUL, Minn. – A 14-year-old boy has died from injuries in a crash Monday evening while he was riding in a stolen vehicle driven by another teenager. Fatally injured was Eh Da Lay of St. Paul. He was ejected from the vehicle after it smashed into a light pole and flipped over. Police said the 16-year-old driver was trying to speed away from police. The driver and another 14-year-old passenger were arrested.
